ABSTRACTS

Abstract of all scientific contributions (plenary, invited lectures, oral presentations and posters) will be faithfully reproduced from the templates submitted (word or pdf). A Book of Abstracts will be distributed free of charge to all participants upon registration.
The official language of the Conference will be English.

Formatting Guidelines

Abstracts in the template (220 mm height and 160 mm width) must be typed in English (see form attached)

All abstracts received after the deadline or not prepared in compliance with the instructions provided may not be included in the Book of Abstracts.

Font Arial 10.

The title should be in bold capital letters. Leave one line space and write the authors' names, then leave another line and state the authors addresses. The name of the author presenting the paper should be underlined. Leave two blank lines before beginning the text.

Line Spacing: title, authors' names and addresses (1); main text (1.5).

Posters Guidelines

The Poster should be in English.

The title should be in bold capital letters. Leave a space and write the authors' names, then leave another space and state the authors addresses.
The name of the author presenting the paper should be underlined.
There will be two poster sessions:
- Monday: odd numbered posters
- Tuesday: even numbered posters
An area of 120 x 120 cm will be designated for each poster. The posters should be placed in the assigned area the same day of the respective session.

CLAFQO-12 Poster Prizes

A poster prize will be awarded to the best poster presentation of each section.
This award is mainly intended for PhD students and recent post doctor contributors.
The poster quality will be assessed by an Academic Committee on the bases of the posters appearance, its scientific content, and the way the presentation conveys the essential message quickly and accurate.
